CLIFF KULE HAS SOMETHING IMPORTANT FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:
FIGHTING DEFLATION WITH LOW INTEREST RATES
CAN BE LIKE POURING GASOLINE ON A FIRE
BUT THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS & THEIR 'PARTNER IN CRIME' ('OUR' GOVERNMENT),
NEED LOW RATES FOR THEIR SELFISH PURPOSES (THEIR SURVIVAL). GOVERNMENT NEEDS LOW INTEREST RATES TO PAY INTEREST ON ITS OTHERWISE UNSUSTAINABLE DEBT. THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS NEED LOW INTEREST RATES IN ORDER TO EARN A 'SPREAD' ON THE MONEY THEY CREATE FOR THEMSELVES.
THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE GETTING BURNED BY THE
'BANK-GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP DEAL' (FEDERAL RESERVE ACT OF 1913)
HOW DOES THE FED 'BURN' THE PEOPLE WITHOUT BEING DETECTED? FOR ONE THING, THE PROCESS IS COMPLEX .. SO THAT FEW PEOPLE ARE GOING TO UNDERSTAND. ANOTHER 'TOOL' IN THEIR GAME IS USING WORDS THAT TWIST & OBSCURE REALITY. FOR INSTANCE, 'FINANCIAL REPRESSION' SOUNDS INNOCUOUS, BUT IS A FAR MORE SINISTER FORCE THAN PEOPLE REALIZE .. IT COULD MAKE THE PROCESS EASIER TO UNDERSTAND IF IT WERE CALLED: BURNING THE PUBLIC FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MONETARY & GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES.
SIMILARLY, THE WORDS 'QUANTITATIVE EASING' SOUND INNOCUOUS, BUT WOULD BE MORE CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD IF IT WERE DESCRIBED AS 'CREATING MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR TO BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE WITH THE POWER TO CREATE MONEY FROM THIN AIR SO THEY CAN KEEP THAT POWER EVEN AFTER THEIR SYSTEM IMPLODED IN 2008 (& if we had a free market capitalist system they would have gone bankrupt)'.
PERHAPS THE RIGHT WORDS WOULD HELP PEOPLE SEE THAT THE STRUCTURE OF TODAY'S MONETARY SYSTEM VIOLATES THE PRINCIPLES OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION. AMERICANS ARE BORN DEEP IN DEBT IN A COUNTRY ESTABLISHED ON THE PRINCIPLE THAT THERE SHALL BE NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION.
Jeff Gundlach* makes our point for us when he says:
"The policies that they're implementing don't have the consequences" they claim .. "When you go to negative interest rates, you do not stimulate consumption, you necessitate saving .. You cannot fight deflation with deflation. Negative interest rates are the definition of deflation. You cannot put out a fire by pouring gasoline on it."
