Monetary Debauchery

Chart courtesy of Bianco Research showing the balance sheets of the central bank of China & the European Central Bank (ECB) are actually bigger than the Federal Reserve when converted to dollars .. the Bank of Japan used to be the largest balance sheet in dollar terms until 2006. Since the financial crisis, it is the other central bank balance sheets that are going through the roof. (click on chart to enlarge)
