A Second Stimulus Plan?... VP Joe Biden says no he did not say that, but says "I think it's premature to make that judgment. This [first stimulus plan] was set up to spend out over 18 months. ... And so this is just starting, the pace of the ball is now going to increase"...

Anyone that has control of the money has power OVER the people, making the citizens into 'subjects' of a ruling class; debtors in servitude. It violates freedom that America was pledged to uphold.
